  防水膜厚度为1.0mm时，理论用量约为1.5-1.8kg/m2。实际用量视具体基面情况而定。

施工工艺Constructiontechnology

  1、基面准备Basalpreparation

  （1）底材必须坚固、平整、干净，无灰尘、油腻、蜡、脱模剂等以及其它碎屑物质；

  （2）所有小孔隙、砂眼可用堵漏王加入少许清水拌成湿团状，将其抹平；

  （3）涂刷浆料之前，预先充分湿润底材，但不能有积水。

  2、混合比例，重量比A.用于涂刷（喷涂）：粉料：水=25：（7~8）；B.用于刮涂：粉料：水=25：（6~7）。将水倒入容器,然后再将粉剂慢慢倒入水中，并用电动搅拌器充分搅拌至均匀无粉粒、无沉淀膏糊状。

  3、用毛刷或滚刷直接将浆料涂刷在基面上，仔细检查有无漏刷或瑕疵；操作过程中应保持间断性搅拌，以防止沉淀。

  4、用于防潮，可涂刷一层；用于防水，应至少涂刷（喷涂/刮涂）二层。应采用多层施工法，按标准用量施工，厚度原则上单层不超过2mm。

  Formoistureresistance,onelayercanbepainted;forwaterproof,atleasttwolayersshouldbepainted.Themulti-layerconstructionmethodshallbeadopted,andtheconstructionshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothestandarddosage.Inprinciple,thethicknessofasinglelayershallnotexceed1mm.

  5、等层完全干透后（约4小时），再涂抹 层。 层的涂刷方向应与层的涂刷方向相垂直。
